Initially called Moorea Dolphin Expedition, the company was created in 1984 and renamed Moorea Expedition in 2020.
The company opened 37 years ago with a simple goal in mind : share our love for our island, our ocean and its marine environment with all of Moorea’s visitors.
Our guides were among the first to interact with Moorea’s marine wildlife and to develop safe, respectful, eco-responsible and beautiful approach techniques. All our team members are Tahiti or Moorea locals. We all grew up with the ocean as our playground and we love to share our experience on and in the water with our guests.

- The RAVA 4 a 32 foot twin motors designed for our ocean tours. Spacious and comfortable to go whale watching in most conditions.
- The HEREMITI API 2, a 40 foot motor catamaran is designed for lagoon tours, large private group rentals and cruise ship guests during their stops in Moorea.
